| | | | | Credentials: Michel has over 25 years of business management and 0perations experience. He has held management and executive positions in France, Brazil and in United States. From 1978-1988 he was responsible for developing utility equipment manufacturing plants for a $20 billion company in Brazil. This included finding local partners for the joint venture, getting all permits and local government approvals, hiring an engineering company to develop the construction of the factory, hiring people and get the 240 people plant operational in 18 months time period. During this period he was responsible for increasing sales from $2 million to $90 million. From 1988 - 1999 he was in charge of multimillion projects in the US for Power Plants, sub-stations for Transmission and Distribution systems. From1991 to 1998 he was in charge of finance for Image Integration and Image Vision Corp. a document management and imaging software company. Mr. Wizman graduated with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Marseilles.

| | | | | Credentials: Warren has over 20 years sales and management experience in the information systems environment. His experience includes direct sales, Reseller/VAR management, Major Account Management, Regional Sales Management and Executive Management. He has been successful at building Reseller and VAR Channels for Xerox Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Computer Systems, Fujitsu and Unidata (now part of Informix). At Unidata, he built a channel of over 60 Resellers and grew his Region from 0 to over $13 Million in 5 years. He has also been involved in the development of business and marketing plans for startup technology companies and has served as an Independent Business Consultant to help define the product, marketing and complete business plan that solidified the initial investment and strategic partnerships to help launch Image Vision Corp. He has demonstrated the ability to work in a startup high-tech company and build a productive and profitable network of business partners and resellers. His experience includes responsibility for sales, field operations, budget and revenue control, contract negotiation, vendor negotiations, investor solicitation and financial management. Consistent achievement of 100% sales/revenue quota, 9 times as #1 Sales Performance in his company. Mr. Richman has been honored as a member of Who's Who Worldwide in 1992 and was voted one of the top 20 Sales People in the Multi-Value Marketplace by International Spectrum magazine in 1995.
